Dr. B. Deepika is a renowned Radiation Oncologist in Chennai and currently practices at VS Hospitals, Chetpet, Chennai. For the past 7 Years, Dr. B. Deepika has worked as a Radiation Therapy Doctors and gained proficient skills and knowledge in the segments. Dr. B. Deepika pursued degree of MBBS and MD – Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Deepika an Eminent Radiation and clinical oncologist with ten years of solid experience in the field of Radiation oncology. Dr.Deepika is dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes and has been very well trained in newly advanced higher-end Radiation treatment techniques like IMRT, IGRT, Rapid Arc, SBRT, SRS, and all types of brachytherapy like intracavitary, interstitial, and intraluminal brachytherapy. She completed her Undergraduation in Medicine (MBBS) from a top reputed medical college called SRM medical college and research hospital, Chennai. She underwent a clinical rotation in medicine at Centra state medical center, New Jersey, USA (2013). She then completed her MD Radiation oncology post-graduation from one of the world recognised tertiary cancer hospital “Cancer Institite (WIA), Adyar, Chennai. She worked in cancer institute post MD for a while and trained and conducted teaching sessions for all the MD and DMRT post graduates and also Radiotherapy technology students since she was attached to India s renowned Training oncology hospital in Chennai . She is been affiliated as a consultant Radiation oncologists in many recognised oncology hospitals and treating cancer patients with utmost compassion and care .

She had also published e journal and done oral presentation in state Aroi TN Py 2016 conference in “Comparison of three different techniques in Carcinoma Parotid .“

She had also done poster presentation in AROI  TNPy 2017 on Quality of life in Breast cancer patients” .

She is also a certified and trained palliative care physician and have obtained CCPEC from Indian society of palliative care and very skilled in treating advanced terminally ill cancer patients
