Shoulder Dislocation

SHOULDER DISLOCATION OVERVIEW

Shoulder Dislocation Treatment in Chennai:

  • A dislocated shoulder happens when the top part of the upper arm bone partially or fully ejects out of the socket.
  • It is simply painful and results in temporary loss of mobility and function of the affected arm where a person should seek an immediate medical assistance.
  • Joint reductions, or placing the joint back into the same or normal position, can significantly ease the severe pain associated with the dislocation.
  • A full healing may require the use of a sling, physical therapy, surgical stabilization, etc of the shoulder joint.
