Post-graduation in Neurosurgery at Madras Institute of Neurology, Government General Hospital & Madras Medical College. Specialised in spinal instrumentation, implantation & stabilization and MINIMALLY INVASIVE SPINE procedures.

Specialized in vascular neurosurgical procedures for the management of intracranial aneurysms, AV malformations and spinal AV malformations. Trained in endoscopic neurosurgical procedures like 3rdventriculostomy, fenestration procedures, endoscopic transphenoidal pituitary surgery, intraorbital lesions, cranial vault reconstruction procedures, like cranioplasty and orbital reconstruction.

He has received THE PROF. KALYANARAMAN YOUNG NEURO SURGEON OF THE YEAR and GOLDMEDAL for the year 2006 and The Tamil Nadu MGR Medical University GOLD MEDAL in MCH Neurosurgery Exams in 2006.
